George has a BS in Chemical Engineering from The South Dakota School of Mines & Technology. His coatings background includes extensive work in R&D, quality assurance, operations, and continuous improvement (Lean / Six Sigma). His emphasis is on ZYP Boron Nitride coatings, Wise Chem safety coatings, and other refractory protectants with a focus on product application.
