| Pyrotek's Pyropour Ceramic Auto Ladles are designed to take advantage of the non-wetting properties inherent in the Pyrocast AR and XL material, to help reduce the maintenance costs associated with the frequent repair and replacement of other types of auto ladles. The ladle offers remarkable resistance to erosion and metal buildup which prolongs the service life. The insulating capabilities of the ladle have allowed some foundries to reduce their holding furnace temperature, resulting in energy savings. All ladles are heat treated to ensure free and combined water are removed, making preheating unnecessary. |
